Send your card electronically:
- Choose one of the options below and click to download it
- Open the PDF on your computer, click on “insert gift details here,” fill in this section with details about which gift you purchased in your loved one’s honor (e.g. one month of therapy for a child)
- Send to your loved one via email, text, or method of your choice!
Print and mail or hand deliver your card:

- Print it out
- Cut out your card
- Write in the details on the blank lines about which gift you purchased in your loved one’s honor (e.g. one month of therapy for a child)
- Mail or hand deliver to your loved one!
