Xin Nian Kuai Le! That’s “Happy New Year” to you in Chinese!
The Spring Festival (Chun Jie), or Chinese/Lunar New Year, is China’s biggest and most important holiday of the year. It’s a time when families come together to celebrate, eat a big feast, give and receive red envelopes (hong bao), and enjoy New Year performances.

This year, Hope Station helped bring the joy of the New Year to the families we support by delivering special gifts and festive decorations to brighten their homes. The families were overjoyed to receive red lanterns, banners, and traditional New Year’s decorations to help them celebrate.
For many caregivers, New Year preparations can be financially and emotionally challenging, as they are already stretched thin caring for a child with special needs. These small but meaningful gifts from the Hope Station Family allowed them to experience the excitement of the holiday with less worry.

Thanks to your support, Hope Station was able to spread warmth and encouragement during this important season. Whether through donations, volunteering, or simply sharing our mission, you have helped ensure that these families feel seen, valued, and celebrated.
From all of us at Hope Station, we wish you and your loved ones health, happiness, and peace in the year ahead.
Thank you for being part of our community!
